1. Assess
Hydrogeological survey, community demand, source protection, drilling feasibility and permits.
2. Drill & test
Bore construction, yield testing and laboratory water-quality testing.
3. Treat & store
Filtration or treatment if required, protected tanks and hygienic distribution.
4. Pump reliably
Choose proven, serviceable pumps with appropriate solar/electrical design and a realistic backup method.
5. Keep spares
Stock critical seals, controllers, pipe fittings and other locally serviceable parts.
6. Train locally
Named local operators, maintenance schedule, fault reporting, water testing and transparent ownership.

The target partnership is not a logo exchange. It is donated or heavily supported equipment plus engineering, installation guidance, spare parts, training and maintenance documentation. No pump should be advertised as “never fail”; the engineering goal is failure-tolerant, repairable and backed up.
